Illness Prevention: Dietitians

Hey all,

What do you think are the most important factors in living a healthy lifestyle? For me, there are 2 that I believe everyone can benefit from:

  1. Healthy Eating
  2. Exercise

These 2 factors are very easy to ignore and be “too busy” to follow but I feel they are the main reason that some contract virus’ and illness.

I’ll talk about Exercise another day but for this post I’d like to mention a few benefits of having a dietitian in your life. I’ve actually never visited a dietitian, however, if you are someone who may need some assistance understanding what foods YOU should be eating  and how much then I’d recommend you look into seeing a local dietitian.
