Want a simple berry tip?

Hey Everyone,

If you are like me, you LOVE eating healthy, organic berries. They are very tasty and full of goodness to fight off illnesses and virus’ so I try to eat them as much as possible! If you buy fresh ones, the only “problem” is sometimes they can get hidden in the fridge and get fuzzy before you know it.


I decided to try something different a few weeks ago, It’s not rocket science, but I thought I would share incase anyone else if having this issue. I now buy frozen organic berries (just as good for you as the non frozen berries) and take some out every few days, put in a bowl and let them thaw in the fridge, Then, every morning, you have your berries ready to rock. You can put them on cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, etc.

Another “food” to soak in the fridge is chia seeds in almond milk (hemp milk, coconut milk, etc) overnight and enjoy them as another great, healthy topping on your breakfast!
