As some may know when I first started this blog, I was just starting my recovery and I was talking a lot about our personal pH Levels. I still believe monitoring your levels (contact me if you need help with this). Is very important if you are trying to recover from illness, or want to stay healthy as possible.
I was away the past week and kinda let myself go a little (who doesn’t on vacation) and had lots of fish, meat, lobster and treats and now upon my return home I realized my pH level has dropped quite a bit so it’s time to get serious again.
I found a good site over at AcidAlkalineDiet.net that explains many different aspects of balancing your pH and why you should do it. It also lists all the foods and what their values are for being alkaline and/or acid. For once a minus (-) sign is a good thing (just like in golf I guess)
The site explains that the ACID ALKALINE BALANCE DIET is the Perfect Way to Restore your Health & Enhance your Energy.
I’ve read and heard this from MANY people and resources online and I can tell you it makes a difference. If you are already healthy, it’s a good idea to follow this diet 60% Alkaline and 40% Acidity. If you are trying to regenerate healthy cells and stop Cancer cells from thriving then they recommend doing the 80/20% ratio. Here are two factors that are ALWAYS present with Cancer no matter what else may be present.
Those two factors are:
Acidic pH, and
Lack of Oxygen
