I hope everyone is having a great summer now that we’ve had some fun weather to help us a long (I don’t want to hear any complain about it being to hot!)
I just wanted to share a quick post on something we’ve been enjoying all summer (thanks to my wife Brittany). We normally have a family smoothie in the morning and this summer she’s been making extra sometimes and then making popsicles . I can’t explain how delicious these are and also how healthy they are – we make sure to add lots of healthy ingredients – fruits, some sort of non-dairy milk (usually Almond) and of course throw in some greens (spinach, romaine, kale) from our fresh garden in the back. The greens are very important as they help a lot with increasing you alkaline and balancing out your pH levels to help your body fight off deseases and virus’.
The other fantastic thing about these smoothies and popsicles is that your kids will love them and get lots of healthy nutrients from them.
