Here’s a great site that my wife, Brittany found a few months ago when we first got our Vitamix. It’s got a lot of great information and recipes that can make you feel healthier and better. This afternoon, I was reading her post on how to “End Insomnia & Gain Energy” and found some great tips that might help people looking for ways to feel more energized – I’m always looking for that these days!
The part that really stuck out to me was the following quote of hers:
Miraculously, in 2007 I ran across a book “Diet Wise” that made me look into “food sensitivities” as a root cause of ill-health. After reading “Diet Wise”, I stopped eating Wheat and Sugar, started drinking Green Smoothies, and Praise God – I got my energy back!
The “Blender Lady” also mentions a machine called the “EarthPulse” that is supposed to help you have better sleeps at night and be more energized during the day:
Everything changed for the better in June of 2012. I stumbled across this website promoting an electromagnetic entrainment device called the EarthPulse machine. It was a lot of money ($599), but I knew that if it could help me get a good night’s sleep, I would have more energy during the day.
Has anyone ever tried or tested this device? I’m interested to look into it more, although it’s quite pricey, she seems to speak very highly of it:
After a short “adaptation period”, I reached the point where I could sleep all night in the “Recover” mode, which I SWEAR has turned back my cellular and biological clock. I truly feel like I did when I was in my 30s (and that was 20 years ago)! I’ve been sleeping all night in “Recover” mode for six months now, and my Health, Energy, and Sleep are all still improving!
Sounds pretty amazing! I’m really looking forward to reading more of her posts also, one that I really agree with is “No One-Size-Fits-All Diet”. We are all unique individuals with different bodies and needs. I’ll let you know my thoughts on the article after I read it. For now, it’s onto a nice green juice in our Vitamix!
