We hear it all the time “surround yourself with good people and it will rub off on you”. I always felt that was the case before and tried my best to do that with a few exceptions (we don’t need to name names here! lol) I tried hard in business and in life to be surrounded with some great, bright people and I really do believe it helped me grow as a person and in my career.
After February 28th 2012, I realized when you are going through hard times, it’s even more important to be surrounded by amazing people. Luckily I’ve had great support from my family and friends. Every single person in this photo below has been a great support staff and has been there for me every single step of the way and I can’t thank them enough for that… I love you all!
I’ve also done a lot of research and found some amazing new “virtual” friends. No, I’m don’t imagine up friends, although that might not be a bad idea also, but I’ve found some very positive, full of love people online who spread beautiful messages and love to the masses!
Here are 2 of my favourites that I’ll probably talk about a lot. I’m quite hooked on both of them at the moment:
Mastin Kipp – The Daily Love This guy and his team just pump out great posts everyday and spread really good messages that help me daily. Great quotes and references everyday delivered to your inbox!
Kris Carr – Crazy Sexy Kitchen This girl really has given me a boot in the a$$. She’s a cancer survivor who knows how to live life everyday to its fullest. A lot of the inspiration for my blog and life has come from her! She also just released a new Vegan cookbook that is climbing the charts and making lots of noise, way to go Kris Carr!
I am a huge believer in synchronicity and as I’m writing this post, I received my daily love email from Mastin and at the top of his email he just happens to be talking about Kris Carr and her new book! Awesome!
Who are your big supporters/posse? Please let us know in the comments below. I’d especially be interested in hearing of any online people you feel make a difference in your life, thanks!
