So, I’ve been reading a ton of stuff on Kris Carr’s site – kriscarr.com and her book “Crazy Sexy Diet” the past few days about drinking green smoothies and how healthy they are for you. How they really help improve your pH levels, which help you fight off illnesses and virus’ – I’ll explain more in a post I am writing about our pH levels.
To be honest, I haven’t really gotten into them a whole lot since we only own a “Magic Bullet” blender and I wasn’t sure how easy it would be to blend things up like veggies. I decided to try the one linked to down below today and it wasn’t all that bad. I think I’m going to have to acquire a taste for them but it’s not all that bad.
I strongly recommend you check out Kris’ site and books if you want to get serious about your wellness. She’s also a lot of fun and I’m really enjoying how she lives life. She’s a major inspiration for me.
